The picking and processing of this tea is 100% done by hand. This tea has been hand blended in small batches to ensure quality. This puerh has been direct sun dried for 2 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe chose to call this puerh \"Hidden Song\". The mountain is named for the white warbler songbird common to the area. The bird is often heard, but rarely seen.
