The fairness cup introduces hints of strawberry. These aromas evolve into grass and roasted veggies through the steeps. There is a syrupy body with a sweet cane sugar aftertaste. You can recognize the beginning of age in the cup. It is bright and crisp and clear with a nice mouthfeel. It's very smooth with a good whole body energy. This tea is juicy with a cucumber freshness. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s.
